Greene County Public Libraries Closed Through May 1

Governor DeWine has amended the closure of K–12 schools through May 1 to help contain the spread of COVID-19. After careful consultation with Greene County Public Health, we decided it would be in the best interest of public health and safety to keep all Greene County Public Library locations closed through May 1.

We are asking our patrons to keep any library materials they have in their possession until we reopen (tentatively scheduled for May 2). All items will remain fine-free until we reopen. Due dates for all checked-out physical materials have been extended through May 15.

To encourage the practice of social distancing and remain in compliance with the state's Stay at Home Order, opens a new window, book drops will remain closed at all library locations.

Update (4/14): All in-person library programs and events have been canceled for the month of May.
