If you enjoy riding your bike, remember to explore all that Xenia Community Library has to offer while visiting us this month. May is National Bike Month, and in our library you’ll find books about how to get your bike ready for your next ride, including repair manuals to check out. Maybe you’d like to read up on cycling safety, bike rides to go on around Ohio, or the adventures that Curious George encounters when he rides his bike. Xenia Community Library has books on all of these subjects and so much more!
Forget to bring your bike lock? Borrow one from us if you need to secure your bike up while visiting our library. We also have a bottle-filler water fountain you may use to conveniently refill your water supply so you can stay hydrated and continue riding. Or you can stop by our library and pick up a free copy of the Miami Valley Bikeways Map to explore bike trails in our area.
Did you know that Greene County Public Library also has our very own Book Bike? You can often see it ridden to nearby parks or in parades by library staff. Watch for our Book Bike the next time you see our staff out in the community!
