Winters-Bellbrook Community Library has recently started creating monthly spice kits introducing you the flavors of the world.
In this Take and Make kit, we will introduce you to the flavors of Germany. This month the spice is mustard and the recipe is for Bavarian Style Schnitzel. If you are able to register for our kit we will supply some of the ingredients and a recipe booklet!
Even if you can't register and pick up a kit, the video and handouts below will show you how you can make this German dish. We would love to see your finished creations! Take a picture of your creation and review it on the Winters-Bellbrook Facebook page.
