The Internet Archive is a non-profit library of millions of free books, movies, software, music, websites and more. Anyone can access this resource for free, and we encourage our patrons to visit their site at archive.org to discover all they have to offer.

As always, GCPL offers library card holders a multitude of online history and genealogy resources like Accessible Archives, Ancestry Library Edition, African American Heritage and so much more, which can be found at greenelibrary.info/resources/history/

Our local history librarians are still available to assist you in person with your genealogical & historical research needs during our new open hours.

We welcome your respectful and on-topic comments and questions in this limited public forum. To find out more, please see Appropriate Use When Posting Content. Community-contributed content represents the views of the user, not those of Greene County Public Library
