60th Anniversary Celebration

Beavercreek Community Library has an exciting celebration coming up on Monday, July 1st—our 60th anniversary! We have been delighted to serve the Beavercreek community for 60 years, and we hope you will join the party by coming to one (or more) of our fun events.

Community Art Project

July 1, 2019 • Noon – 8 p.m. • All ages

Create a one-of-a-kind art project with us. Artist Leesa Haapapuro will be here to guide all ages through making a piece of the project. She'll then combine everyone's work to create one beautiful community masterpiece that will be permanently displayed at the library. Help us make something lovely that we can enjoy for the next 60+ years!

Croc Talk!

July 1, 2019 • Noon – 1 p.m. and 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. • Ages 2 – 12

Newport Aquarium is helping us celebrate our 60th anniversary with reptiles! Join us for a course in crocs and meet an American alligator while learning about all things crocodilian. Registration is required.

Kids’ Party

July 1, 2019 • 3 – 5 p.m. • Ages 0 – 12

Beavercreek Community Library is turning 60! How fun is that? We'll show you… with face painting, games, balloons, and a craft. Plus a special blue guest (who loves his white shoes and groovy buttons).

An Evening with Jim McCutcheon

July 1, 2019 • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. • Adults

Enjoy a relaxing evening with guitarist Jim McCutcheon as he plays his favorite tunes. Refreshments will be served.
