Our Beavercreek, Cedarville, Fairborn, Xenia, and Yellow Springs locations have meeting rooms that may be reserved for free public use.
Reservations
Rooms must be requested in advance by calling or visiting the library where you'd like to hold your meeting. You may only schedule your meeting to be held during our regular open hours and at times when the room is not needed for library-related activities.
Use of Meeting Rooms
Library meeting rooms are available to groups with non-profit, civic, cultural, or educational purposes.
You may not use library meeting rooms for social activities, private parties, commercial purposes, gatherings that advertise a product or service, or political campaign meetings.
You may not imply library sponsorship of your group's activities when publicizing your event.

Frequently Asked Questions

A group may only have two meetings scheduled at any library at a time.
If your group would like to reserve a room for a longer series of events, you'll need the approval of the head librarian.

All meeting rooms have tables and chairs available for your group to set up.
If you need audiovisual equipment for your meeting, please let us know when you make your room reservation. Someone from your group must operate the equipment during your meeting.

You must be at least 18 years old to reserve a library meeting room.
A supervising adult needs to reserve the room if a group of people under age 18 would like to hold a meeting at the library.
