Its June! Summer Reading Club is officially in full swing with Tails and Tales. Lauren from Greene County Public Library in Xenia shows you how to create a delicious pull apart fish cupcake.
You will need:
2 boxes of cake mix (One prepared as cupcakes, the other prepared as 9 inch round cake and cupcakes)
Icing
Food coloring for the icing
Icing bags and tips (we used a round tip, a 2D tip, and a leaf tip)
Spatula
Additional white icing or half a marshmallow for the eye
