Make a Paper Chain Reading Log

Celebrate your family's reading goals with a fun paper chain! Start by downloading one of these printable templates:

Make It:

1. Print the template and cut out paper strips along the dotted lines.
2. Write the name of a book you’ve read on each strip. (Or write how many minutes, pages, or chapters you read today.)
3. Loop strips together and tape or staple the ends to form links in a chain.

Every time you read another book, add one more link. How long can you grow your reading chain in a month? Six months? A year?
