During Greene County History Week, June 9th - 15th, explore local history through programs and a county-wide scavenger hunt! Plus, your community libraries will have book displays showcasing local history catalog reccomendations for you to check out all June long. 

Hunt for History!

Those who hunt for history this Greene County History Week may be rewarded! Earn entries for a prize drawing by visiting participating locations. 

At each location, take a selfie with or picture at the site, post it to our Greene County History Week Facebook group, and tag it #GreeneCountyHistoryWeek2024 to earn an entry. Earn an entry for each site you visit and post -  join the History Week Facebook group!
