All Greene County Public Library locations are closed on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
When any of these holidays other than Easter falls on a Sunday, the library is also closed on the following Monday.
All library locations close at 5:30 p.m. on on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and on New Year’s Eve.
