Non-Resident Library Card

If you live outside the state of Ohio, you may apply for a Greene County Public Library card with a $25 annual fee. You'll need to provide photo ID to be issued a card.

Note that the following online resources are not available to Non-Resident Library Card holders: African American Heritage, Ancestry Library Edition, Cincinnati Enquirer (1841 – 2009), CultureGrams, Dayton Daily News (1898 – 1922), Fold3, HeritageQuest, Images of America: A History of American Life, Libby, through Digital Downloads Ohio, LinkedIn Learning, Oxford Research Encyclopedias, Very Short Introductions.
