Thank You For Supporting Early Literacy, Greene County

Raise a Glass to Reading 2025 was a success!

For the third year in a row, Greene County came together to sellout another amazing Raise a Glass to Reading - thank you! Funding Dolly Parton's Imagination Library through the Greene County Public Library Foundation, we are beyond grateful for your continued support of early literacy in our community.

We say it a lot - and we know Dolly would agree - kids who read succeed! The Imagination Library provides free books in the mail to inspire a love of reading at a young age. Through this program and many others, we remain steadfast in championing early literacy, and this event is a wonderful way to celebrate that together.

From ticket sales, individual donations, auction items, and sponsorships, we raised $41,203 locally at this year's event - a new donation record! After crunching the numbers, that's enough to fund full Imagination Library enrollment for nearly 330 Greene County Children - what an incredible investment!

We want to give a big thank you to our program sponsor United Way of the Greater Dayton Area, event sponsors Collaborative Agile Solutions, Mills Consulting, K4 Architecture + Design, Anderson-Williamson Insurance, G.A. White Homes, Rotary Club of Xenia, Reichley Insurance Agency, Montgomery Insurance & Investments, CBD Advisors, Diane Phillips, and additional support from Friends of the Xenia Library, Friends of the Beavercreek Library, Friends of the Fairborn Library, Stewart Title Company – Aspen Land Title Division, Stewart & Theresa McHarg, Glass House Realty Group – Meagan Roderer, Rick & Becka Perales, Tim & Kim Sease, Howard Hannah Real Estate Services - Kelli Fife, and Wichman and Newell.

Thank you to Caesar Creek Vineyards for hosting & Grazing Tables by Dana for catering, and once again to all of you for who brightened our rainy day!
