As always, new library cards are free for Ohio residents. (If you're signing up for your first card, you’ll even get a bonus three-day pass for Greater Dayton YMCA locations!)
If you’ve already got a library card or would like to replace a card that’s worn out or lost, we'll waive the usual replacement fee of $1 through the end of 2019.
