If account notices from the library are no longer showing up in your email inbox, there are several possible causes. Try these steps:
- Make sure we have the correct email address for you. You can check the email settings in your online account, or ask a staff member for help when you visit the library.
- Look for messages from the library in your email account’s spam or junk mail folder. Make sure library@library.gcpl.lib.oh.us isn’t on your blocked senders list, or being filtered.
- Add library@library.gcpl.lib.oh.us to your address book or approved senders list. (This may also be called a safe senders list or a whitelist.)
- Be sure your email account isn’t out of storage space or deactivated, which would stop you from receiving emails from anyone.
