The IRS and Ohio Department of Taxation are encouraging taxpayers to file their returns electronically this year. Free online filing options are available:
For convenience and security reasons, we do not recommend filing tax returns on library computers.
If you choose to file with paper forms, all Greene County Public Library locations will have a limited number of preprinted federal and state tax forms available. Most locations will have municipal and school district forms.
You can print or photocopy additional tax forms at your local library for 15¢ per page.

Tax Return Preparation Assistance
Although the library’s staff does not offer tax advice or interpretations of instructions, we can help you contact the appropriate institution for assistance. The IRS offers telephone assistance by calling 1-800-829-1040 or by contacting a local Ohio IRS office. State and local contact information can be found by following the tax-related links on this page.
Trained volunteers will also be available to help with tax preparation at the Xenia and Beavercreek libraries on select dates.
